I'm bacccckkk!

And this time with # 2 in my tummy :D Alhamdullilah syukur pada Allah. Such an unexpected but pleasant surprise. I was abt to give up trying for a baby after the ectopic incident. It took us 1.5 years since to conceive #2

But mannn, so far this has been a very challenging pregnancy! The 1st trimester was rough. Like 10x worse than it was with Sofea. I was bleeding for almost 2 weeks, then came the massive morning sickness from 6 weeks till 10 weeks of 24hrs vomiting,  giddyness, and indigestion.

I woke up at ungodly hours puking my guts out of basically nothing. I was puking so much and kept going on thinking it was just MS till i developed gastritis. Appetite was the worst. I needed to eat but can't stomach anything. Suddenly i can't eat chicken or meat (except hamburgers) or anything spicy.. sigh. It got so bad that one day I woke up feeling sick as usual and felt a lil disappointed i was still pregnant :(  I know, i felt soooo bad afterwards. I even prayed in my sleep for Allah to take all this misery away.

When things suddenly subside at 10+3 weeks, OMG I was sooooo relieved. It was when the MS was finally over, did I realise that all that puking was actually aggravated by the new High blood pressure pills prescribed by KKH.. damn.

Baby will be 11 weeks in 2 days time. Seeing a high blood pressure specialist at KKH next week and hopefully I can change my meds back to nefidipine, Because honest to God, I can't function with the methlydopa. I'm nauseous and giddy immmediately after taking the pills. Ya Allah, please ease my burden. Please keep this baby safe. Please don't let me get pre-eclampsia or go into premature birth. Please let baby grow healthy and come out at erm, 37 weeks (hehehe). Y not? Since I'm gonna have to do c-sect anyway..

Oh and that's why we choose KKH this time instead of private gynae. Coz i'm consider high risk. Plus I don't want to get a heart attack when I see the hospital bill later on like Sofea's.

Talking abt Sofea, here she is  at 5 years old..

Such a cheeky, kepochi and funny girl! She literally lights up the room with her presence and smart talking. Gosh, I really can't believe she came out of me! We've been hinting to her for weeks that she's gonna be a big sister but she tinks we acah2 only.. lol. Until 1 day I showed her the baby's scan pic.. wah she interrogated me thoroughly (when u take this picture? who u go with? why the doc never take out the baby from your stomach? Where was I? Why u never bring me along?) Then she got super excited and told EVERYBODY! Anyway, not like I can keep it a secret anymore, my tummy's getting bigger by the day. Only 11 weeks but I look like i'm 5 months' preggy :( Anyway most imptly, baby is healthy and i can't wait to step into 2nd tri and feel baby move.
